  • All prices are in USD and billed monthly unless a written agreement says otherwise.
  • Setup fees cover onboarding, account configuration, knowledge loading guidance, testing, and launch support.
  • Secure card and bank payments are processed through Stripe when available. Balu does not store full card numbers.
  • WhatsApp, Meta, payment processing, domain, hosting, or third-party platform fees are not included unless stated in writing.
  • Extra AI reply volume is reviewed with the customer before limits are increased or overages are billed.
