Public plans
Balu publishes current software pricing at balu.cx/pricing. As of July 2, 2026, our public monthly plans are:
- Essential: $149 USD per month, $299 setup, and 1,500 ai replies per month.
- Growth: $399 USD per month, $499 setup, and 6,000 ai replies per month.
- Concierge: $899 USD per month, $1,000 setup, and 20,000 ai replies per month.
Currency
Unless an order form, invoice, checkout page, or written agreement states otherwise, Balu quotes and charges customers in United States Dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes, fees, platform fees, or currency conversion charges may be shown separately.
What customers receive
- Access to the Balu client portal and applicable software features.
- Configuration of approved knowledge, availability context, and AI handoff settings as agreed.
- Support for agreed setup and operational workflows.
- Optional integration guidance for channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, customer websites, and payment tools.
Payment terms
- All prices are in USD and billed monthly unless a written agreement says otherwise.
- Setup fees cover onboarding, account configuration, knowledge loading guidance, testing, and launch support.
- Secure card and bank payments are processed through Stripe when available. Balu does not store full card numbers.
- WhatsApp, Meta, payment processing, domain, hosting, or third-party platform fees are not included unless stated in writing.
- Extra AI reply volume is reviewed with the customer before limits are increased or overages are billed.
Subscriptions and renewals
Subscription billing frequency, renewal date, included usage, and any implementation fees are shown before purchase or in the applicable invoice, payment link, proposal, or order form.
Promotions and trials
If Balu offers a promotion, discount, or trial, the specific terms, expiration date, and renewal conditions will be disclosed with that offer.
