Pricing and Billing

Balu's public subscription tiers, currency, guided setup, taxes, and billing terms.

Public plans

Balu publishes current software pricing at balu.cx/pricing. As of July 5, 2026, our public monthly plans are:

  • Essential: $69 USD per month; guided setup included; 1,500 ai replies per month; soft usage allowance; no hard cap or automatic overage charge.
  • Growth: $149 USD per month; guided setup included; 6,000 ai replies per month; soft usage allowance; no hard cap or automatic overage charge.
  • Concierge: $389 USD per month; guided setup included; 20,000 ai replies per month; soft usage allowance; no hard cap or automatic overage charge.

Currency

Balu quotes and charges every software subscription in United States Dollars (USD). An order form or written agreement may change the amount or billing terms, but not the subscription currency. Applicable taxes, third-party fees, and card-issuer currency conversion charges may be shown separately.

What customers receive

  • Access to the Balu client portal and applicable software features.
  • Configuration of approved knowledge, availability context, and AI handoff settings as agreed.
  • Support for agreed setup and operational workflows.
  • Optional integration guidance for channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, customer websites, and payment tools.

Payment terms

  • All Balu subscription prices are charged in United States Dollars (USD) and billed monthly.
  • The current Stripe checkout charges one monthly subscription line item. Guided setup is included unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
  • Secure card and bank payments are processed through Stripe when available. Balu does not store full card numbers.
  • WhatsApp, Meta, payment processing, domain, hosting, or third-party platform fees are not included unless stated in writing.
  • Each plan includes a monthly AI reply allowance. The current catalog has no automatic overage charges; any future change requires advance notice and explicit checkout terms.

Subscriptions and renewals

Subscription billing frequency, renewal date, included usage, and any implementation fees are shown before purchase or in the applicable invoice, payment link, proposal, or order form.

Promotions and trials

If Balu offers a promotion, discount, or trial, the specific terms, expiration date, and renewal conditions will be disclosed with that offer.
