Unless your agreement says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You may continue using paid features until that period ends.
To avoid renewal, cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing date. If a payment has already processed, the Refund Policy applies.
After cancellation, we may retain account data for a limited period for legal, security, backup, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes. You may request export or deletion of data, subject to lawful retention requirements.
