Refund Policy

How refunds, billing errors, and payment disputes are handled.

Digital services

Balu sells digital software, automation, configuration, and support services. We do not ship physical goods.

Subscription fees

Unless an order form or written agreement says otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable after a billing period begins. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for the current period.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@balu.cx within 14 days of the charge. If we confirm a billing error, we will correct it or issue a refund to the original payment method.

Service credits

At our discretion, we may offer account credits, partial refunds, or extended service time for unusual service issues. These remedies are not guaranteed unless required by law or a written agreement.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method when possible. Banks and card networks may take additional time to post the refund.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with unresolved payment disputes.
