Prohibited uses
- Using Balu for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, or harmful activity.
- Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages that violate WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta, or other platform policies.
- Uploading malicious code, attempting unauthorized access, disrupting service, scraping, reverse engineering, or bypassing security controls.
- Using Balu to collect, infer, or process sensitive personal information without proper legal basis, notices, and safeguards.
- Representing AI responses as guaranteed facts where human review is required.
- Using Balu for emergency response, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions without qualified human oversight.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must configure approved knowledge accurately, respect guest privacy, follow messaging platform rules, honor opt-outs, and supervise AI where appropriate.
Enforcement
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe use of Balu creates legal, security, platform, or operational risk.
