After purchase or approval, we provide access through the client portal or a setup process. Delivery timing can depend on payment confirmation, customer onboarding information, integrations, domain settings, platform permissions, and third-party approvals.
Implementation may include account setup, knowledge loading, availability configuration, channel connection guidance, AI policy configuration, and testing. Specific implementation scope and timelines may be described in an order form, proposal, invoice, or written agreement.
Some features depend on third-party services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta, Stripe, hosting providers, AI providers, DNS providers, and customer-owned websites. Delays or restrictions from third parties may affect delivery timing.
